My friend Jessica, just opened her own shop on Etsy! It is called "Sew Patched Up". She sews a variety of fun and modern quilts, crafts, purses, iPad cases, and other creative projects. I love her sense of style and color! She does take on custom orders.

Urban Mod! Love!

Oh! So excited! Got my Urban Mod today from a wonderful etsy shop! I am in love! This will be put away until June though. : ( I have been sewing all day and have gotten a lot done! Will post pics of finished projects later.

Tula Pink's 100 Modern Quilt Blocks!!

It's here! I got mine last week but my overused tendons in my right arm kept me from sewing anything. : (. Tonight, I couldn't stand it anymore, I had to try to sew something! So I did. Big, black arm brace and all. Here is The book and Block #1. Instead of Tula Pink fabrics, I used Architextures by Carolyn Friedlander along with the solids that match that line. I like how it looks!
